Guided Somatic Meditation is a breath infused meditation where using deep doses of oxygen (Breathwork) , while relaxing the muscles of the body, activates the parasympathetic nervous system. Using the breath to help navigate the body out of stress, fight or flight and anxiety, back into its natural homeostasis state. Our nervous system goes through trauma, stress and overwhelm and can become stuck in a stress response, creating physical body pains and illnesses, if not tuned into and released. This meditation will guide you to releasing all body tension while clearing the mind giving the nervous system the reboot and massage it’s been needing.
