My name is Amy E. Cooper. My journey over the past 25 plus years has given me the opportunity to provide guidance in working with those who struggle with addiction. The challenges and opportunities I have experienced have expanded my level of gratitude.
My personal belief is that Honesty and Faith in a Higher Power are 2 of the most important requirements to lifelong Recovery. Honesty begins with looking at who I see looking back in the mirror. Faith in a power greater than myself keeps my Ego in check and reminds me to stay humble.
Recovery is a lifestyle change. When we move a muscle, we change a thought. That first “move” is scary and change is uncomfortable. Whether you are the one struggling, or a family, a loved one, friend or a colleague, Pursuit of Recovery is here to help guide you in taking the first baby step towards a new Journey in Life!
In the beginning we crawl, then we stand, we walk then for most we run! In your pursuit (your chase) of Recovery, I want to be with you for those pivotal moments. I will help you PUSH through the pain, shame, and guilt of unresolved trauma or childhood chaos and confusion.
I am here to help you pursue your OWN Recovery. Your pursuit will be Re-Creating; Re-Inventing; Revamping; Re-Directing; Re-Searching; & Re-Routing to find and embrace YOUR RECOVERY.

Hi there! My name is Stefani Pall and I am a registered dietitian and functional nutritionist. I’ve been a Santa Rosa Beach local since 2002 and am blessed to live, work, and give back to the community that I call both paradise and home.
My spirit of hospitality and love of all things food and wellness led me to the field of nutrition. After discovering functional medicine 10 years ago, I opted out of my pre-med route and decided to pursue a career using food as medicine!
Today I practice what is called functional nutrition. What this means is that I’m not like your average dietitian-- I take a more holistic approach when working with you and personalize my recommendations based on your genetics, lifestyle, environment, and health concerns. In other words, I don’t believe there is one “right” diet for everyone.
If you are confused by nutrition advice, frustrated by your traditional healthcare experience, believe your symptoms are related to food (hint: they probably are!), or are tired of yo-yo dieting and want to learn how to eat healthy for *life*, then I would love to help you! I know how you feel because I lived these struggles myself. But I also know how good you *can* feel-- and helping people discover this is my mission in life.
I believe in:
If you are looking for someone to help provide guidance, accountability and support to help you stick to nutrition recommendations or achieve personal health goals, then I encourage you to give me a call. I look forward to working together on your journey to reach optimal health!
I am a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist in the state of Florida. I obtained my Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics from Florida State University, completed my ACEND-accredited dietetic internship through Wellness Workdays, and am currently completing my Master’s of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine through the University of Western States.
When I’m not working or studying, you can find me relaxing at the beach, spending time with my fur babies, or helping my husband, Brannon, open his dream restaurant, Down Island (coming to Santa Rosa Beach in 2021).
